近隣の蕎麦屋さんはほとんど全て食べた事があるのですが、この店は入った事がありませんでした。 目立たないし、正直美味しそうに見えなかったからです。 でも今回たまたま仕事帰りにクルマで前を通りかかり、駐車場もあるらしいので食べてみる事にしましま。 大した期待もせず「せいろ」を頼んだのですが、これが大正解!!! 私の好きな蕎麦でした。 噛むとコキコキと音がするような歯ごたえ。 のどごしも良し。 なので後日にはカミさんも連れて行き、今度は「せいろ」と「盛り」を頼み二人で食べ比べ。 盛りも美味しかったのですが、やはりせいろの方が上ですね。 せいろのお替りしたら半分粗挽き(黒い)をサービスで乗せて下さり、賞味させて頂きましたが此方も香りが大変良く、二人で取り合いで頂きました。 トッピングと云うか別皿で「辛み大根(おろし)」も注文。 これもまた大根の香りが口の中に広がり最高に美味しかったです。 今度から蕎麦を食べるならこの店しか無いねと言いながら帰宅しました。 ただ欲を言えば「つゆ」の味。 もう少しインパクトが有れば言うこと無しです。 生意気言ってスミセン。笑

After changing the seiro, I put half coarsely ground (black) on the service and enjoyed it, but this one also has a very nice fragrance, and we had a discussion with us. It's also called toppings, and I also ordered "grated radish" on a separate plate. The scent of radish also spread in my mouth and it was the most delicious. I came home saying that this is the only place to eat buckwheat noodles. Simply say, the taste of "tsuyu". If there is a little more impact, there is nothing to say. Say cheeky and Smith. Lol

蕎麦と天丼を出前してもらった。 薬味が2つあり、お新香の間違えだと思う。 天丼は衣が丼いっぱいに広がっており、 丸いプールの中に小さなえびが並んで いるような感じ。 衣が厚いを通り越している。 ご飯はベトベトで、おじやのように柔らかい。 食べられたものではない。 盛り付け時にわかると思うが、平気で客に 提供するとは、驚くばかりだ。

蕎麦が美味しいくて、石臼で挽いた蕎麦があり、天婦羅も美味しいかったです。スタッフの対応も良く満足しました。1回だけ5時過ぎに行った時、暖簾がかかっていましたが、誰も居なくて、その日は諦めました。残念でした。

日曜の昼訪問。注文してから配膳されるまで少し待たされます。天麩羅は少し水っぽく、もう少しパリッと焼けていればよいのですが…。でも感じのよい店員さんで好印象でした。

お昼も過ぎた変な時間でしたが暖簾がかかっていたのでふらっと暖簾をくぐって鴨せいろを頼みました。 極細切りの手打ちそばは蕎麦の香りがよくとても美味しかったです。また近くに行ったら再訪したい味です。 駐車場もあるし雰囲気も良かったです。

蕎麦は機械打ちと手打ちがあり、手打ち蕎麦は香りもあり美味しいが値段が少し高い。出汁かえしは、味濃いめで出汁の味より醤油の味が強い。味的には普通の日本蕎麦屋さん。量が多いのでガッツリ満腹になりたいならお勧め。コスパも悪くない。家族経営で愛想はいまいちかも。慣れればどうってことないレベルの接客。予約すれば1人3500円位で手打蕎麦教室もやっていて、打ち立てを食べてお土産もあるのでお得感がある。店内喫煙可の為、隣に喫煙者が座るとがっかり。駐車場5台分有り。

じゃらんで見付けた、蕎麦打ち体験でお邪魔しました。 結論から言うと、とても満足でおすすめです。 家族や友人に勧めたいです。 店頭では宣伝されていないのかもしれませんが、もっと知ってもらえれば良いなと思いました。 1人¥3,300でお店がお休みの時間帯に、3人までの少人数制の貸切状態でお店の中で粉から作る本格的な蕎麦打ち体験が出来ました。 作ったお蕎麦はその場で茹でてもらえ、盛りそばで店内でいただけます。 余ったお蕎麦はつゆと共にお持ち帰り用にしてもらえますが、持ち帰れる量も沢山あり(1人前その場で食べても残り2人前程ありました)大満足です。 教えて下さるお店の方がとても丁寧で明るく楽しく教えてくれ、とてもいい経験になりました。 滝沢カレンさんも、番組で蕎麦打ち体験をこちらでされた様でサインがありました。 ・都心からも近い ・朝霞台・北朝霞駅からも徒歩10分以内 ・駐車場あり ・3人までの少人数制 ・お店ほぼ貸切 ・9歳からと表記されていたが3歳でも人数に入れずに体験可能(包丁等を使う体験は不可) ・体験中の様子の写真を沢山撮ってくれ、携帯に送ってもらえる ・その場で食べられ、余りはお土産として持ち帰れる ・手ぶらで行けて、エプロン、バンダナを貸してもらえ、マスクももらえます

ウェイターのおじさんの雰囲氣が、良い感じ。 お蕎麦屋さんなのにハンバーグ定食や唐揚げ定食焼肉定食もある。 メニューの種類が沢山あるので迷う。 ハンバーグ定食を注文。 セットのお蕎麦は冷やしそば。 コシがあり、ボリュームもけっこうある。 ハンバーグはおろしポン酢ぽくて、さっぱりしている。 ご飯は柔らかめで好み。 お米も美味しい。 硬めのご飯が好きな方には。。。 ボリューミー&美味しかった! 全体的にそこそこボリューミーで、男性でもそれなりに満足すると思います。 トイレが和式で手すりがないので、足が悪い方には大変。 駐車場は無し。
