とんでないビタビタご飯を出される。

カツ丼セット１１００円(税込)を頼みました。
セットのざる蕎麦は掛け蕎麦に替えられると言うことなので寒い時期なので温かいお蕎麦にしました。
大根とカブの漬け物、サラダ、ひじきの煮物、カツ丼、半蕎麦とボリュームたっぷり。
他の方が書いてましたが、カツ丼は恐い物見たさでつゆの指定はしませんでした(笑)
丼の１／３位のつゆだく。
でも食べ進めるうちにご飯に汁が吸収され、箸でも掬えます(笑)
甘すぎないサッパリしたつゆなのでご飯に吸収されても普通に食べれちゃうからつゆだく好きにはありがたい！
カツは１センチ位の薄め。
卵は固すぎず緩すぎずの半熟状態で完璧ですね。
お蕎麦は薄めだけど出汁がしっかりしたおつゆ。
掛け蕎麦にしたせいか蕎麦はイマイチナ感じ。
本当はザルで食べてみたかった。
今度機会があれば(ないだろうけど)ざる蕎麦を食べたい。
I went to eat because there was a business nearby and I had lunch break.
I ordered a cutlet bowl set for 1100 yen (tax included).
It is said that the buckwheat noodles in the set can be replaced with hanging buckwheat noodles, so it was a cold season so I chose warm soba noodles.
Pickled radish and turnip, salad, boiled hijiki, katsudon, half buckwheat and plenty of volume.
As others wrote, the katsudon didn't specify the soup because it looked scary (laughs)
It's about 1/3 of the bowl.
But as I proceeded to eat, the juice was absorbed in the rice and I could scoop it with chopsticks (laughs).
It's a refreshing sauce that isn't too sweet, so you can eat it normally even if it's absorbed in rice, so I'm grateful for those who love it.
The cutlet is about 1 cm thin.
Eggs are perfect in a semi-boiled state that is neither too hard nor too loose.
The soba noodles are thin but the soup stock is firm.
The buckwheat noodles look like Imaichina, probably because they are soba noodles.
I really wanted to eat it in a colander.
Next time I have a chance (but I don't think so) I want to eat zaru soba.

価格も高くなく、店内も清潔感あって、居心地良かったです

蕎麦自体が悪いわけじゃないのですが、すぐに食べても箸で持ち上げるだけで切れてしまうくらいぐずぐずでした。
天ぷらもせっかく別盛りなのにべちゃっとしていました。
I was expecting it from the appearance of an old-fashioned soba restaurant.
The soba itself isn't bad, but even if I ate it right away, it was so slow that I could cut it just by lifting it with chopsticks.
Even though the tempura was different, it was messy.
