★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ◎13年間、うつ病、パニック症でかかりました。建て替えしてから、官僚的システムになって今回主治医変更で院内規律を拒否して、病院トップから転院をうながされました。まず問題は、主治医の変更です。、院内規律で相性あるドクターに出会うのに、いちいちかかったドクターに変更を申し出ないと変更できない。これにそぐわなければ、医療をうけられない。
◎人気ドクターに患者が集中して待ち時間が長いのは、このような患者にはストレスだが、改善されない。
その件で内部に確認したところ、上層部の改善策は、ドクターには、患者の受診時間短縮を指示しているという。
なんだか、「白い巨塔」を彷彿とさせられた。
◎外来看護師の態度が今回で上から目線であるとかんじた。
心の病気の専門病院として、疑問をかんじた。私の感想だが、外来看護師の役目はドクターとのトラブルがあった場合の証人として立っているだけ。そして、それは病院弁護のため。
◎結果、おすすめできない病院です。
※過去の怖い鉄格子の窓と患者が入口にうろついていた建て替え前の「あやめ病院」のときのほうが、他獲物は暗くいやなイメージでしたが、院内従事者には心がありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長のトップダウンではなく、各部署が責任を持っているので、細部まで気を使って居心地が良いです。
例1 水中毒の人の為に水道を沢山作って、それも水が出ない様にして気をつけてます。
例2 トロトロのすぐ溶けてしまうアイスクリームがでる。湯気が出るパンが出るなど。
用意するのもマグカップ2個(飲食用と歯磨き用)から全部セットで2万3千円位の一時金で借りられ、余ったら返してくれる。
欠点
1.音楽を一切本人がヘッドフォン以外では聴けない。音楽を出す事も出ない。聴かす事も出ない。
2.患者同士の連絡先を一切やってはいけない。これは退院しても。
3.お風呂が週2回で戦場のよう。
4.ナースコールもなく、自分で呼びに行く事が原則なので、拘束されてしまうと完全防音で助けを求められない。
5.また窓口でナースを呼ぶのが原則で、そこに長居されると困るので、超音波か何かの音波を発生させる装置があり、苦しくて長居出来ない様になっています。
以上の事を了解して頂ければ、良心的な病院です。
