物件オーナーとの直談判で101,500円は戻ってきましたが、この不動産会社が手配したクリーニング業者を強制で使う為クリーニング代として35,000円＋消費税は支払う事になりました。
不動産業をしている知人に話しをしたところ、クリーニング代は20,000〜25,000円が相場との事でしたので、クリーニング代だけでもかなり高額な手数料が上乗せされているものと思います。
現在、消費者庁への相談を踏まえて対応する予定です。
二度とこの不動産会社と関わり合いにはなりたくないです。

When I talked to an acquaintance in the real estate business, it was said that the cleaning fee was 20,000 to 25,000 yen, so I think that a fairly high fee is added to the cleaning fee alone.
Currently, we plan to respond based on consultation with the Consumer Affairs Agency.
