★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の12時頃来店。店内ほぼ満席で、持ち帰り待ちの方もいました。
大衆中華という感じで、どれもくせがなく食べやすいです。
店名にぎょうざと入っているだけあって、餃子にはこだわりを感じます。薄い皮に簡単に包まれていて、ヒダはありません。餡少な目でぺたんとしています。餡はしゃきしゃきの野菜多めでにんにくがしっかり効いていました。浜松餃子に近いと感じました。
1皿6個で250円。1人で2皿は軽く食べられます。
 Visits around 12:00 on weekdays. The store was almost full, and some were waiting to take it home.
It's popular Chinese food, and it's easy to eat without any habit.
The dumplings are just right in the shop name, so I feel particular about dumplings. It is easily wrapped in thin skin and has no folds. It's flat with little eyes. The bean jam was a lot of crunchy vegetables and the garlic worked well. I felt it was close to Hamamatsu dumplings.
It costs 250 yen for 6 dishes. One person can eat two dishes lightly.

厨房の男性二人はノーマスクで料理作ってます。
あごに下げるでもなくノーマスク（汗）
コロナ対策は料理人には関係ないのかな？
でもお客さんいっぱいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この前偵察ランチで食べた酢豚はタマネギのシャキシャキ感と豚肉の柔らかさが美味しくて是非とも次回餃子でビールを飲みたいと再来店しました。正直ぎょうざは普通かな⁉️⭐️３つ半というところです。店員さん気さくで楽しかったです♪
The sweet and sour pork I ate at the reconnaissance lunch last time was delicious with the crispy onion and the tenderness of the pork, so I definitely wanted to drink beer with dumplings next time. Honestly, gyoza is normal ⁉️⭐️ three and a half. The clerk was friendly and fun ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主がずっと顎マスクで調理しているので、気になる方は厨房を見ないか騒動が落ち着くまで利用を控えた方が良いと思います。
久々に訪問しましたが、相変わらずの顎マスク。厨房にいた男性3人とも、です。
また皿に乗せた餃子を素手で触って位置を直してるのかコゲを取ってるのか分かりませんが、見ていて不快でした。
また肝心の餃子もしっかり閉じておらず、タレに漬けると更に開き餡がポロポロ落ちる始末（写真参照。左側が開ききってます）

Also, the essential dumplings are not closed tightly, and if you soak them in the sauce, they will open further and the bean paste will fall off (see photo. The left side is fully open).
