愛想が良いときは初日の説明する時くらいです。
残念ながら複数の会員からの相談メッセージにも『愛想が悪い』と報告されているのに改善があまり見られない状況です。
もし近場で他に行くことができるジムがあるならそちらの方に入会することをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度は最悪です。隠れてこそこそお客さんの体系などをネタに話が盛り上がっています。普通に聞こえてしまうので自分も何か言われているのではと心配になってしまう程です。
ジムのスタッフとして品格が欠けています。あり得ません。
二度と行くことはないと思います。兎に角ありえません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフは皆さん明るく挨拶してくれます。他のレビューでは感じが悪いとありましたがどうやら改善されたようです！各種入会キャンペーンでも90分会員適用できます。トレーニングはスムーズにやればだいたい着替え含めて50分程度で終わるので十分です。
The staff will greet you cheerfully. Other reviews said it felt bad, but it seems to have improved! 90 minutes membership can be applied to various enrollment campaigns. If the training is done smoothly, it will take about 50 minutes including changing clothes, which is enough.

トングをもちゴミを拾われておられます！立派です！流石GUNZE様！！こんなお姿をみれば、間違いなく良いスポーツセンター間違いなし?

コロナ禍もあり受付で無駄話やめましょう。
客への注意喚起の張り紙はあちこちにしているのに。
利用している層は圧倒的に高齢者が多いです。ジムとして使う分には特に問題ないですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍のなか、特に夜ベンチプレスエリア周辺やプールプログラム中に於いてマナーの悪い方々が放置される状況が長く続いており、ストレスが溜まり信頼性にも欠けると感じ退会しました。設備は良いのでいつの日か改善されたら戻りたい。

自宅から一番近所にあるスポーツクラブさんで、見学という形で施設内を案内していただきました。
ジム内は器具などとても充実していて、案内してくださるスタッフさんもとても好印象で感じよかったです。
そうそう、プールあるのもいいです（泳げないけど）
託児室もあるみたいなので、小さいお子さまを持つご家庭の方も利用できます（入り口に貼ってた案内を写真に撮って掲載させていただきました）
駐車場もとても広く基本３時間無料（施設内の店舗を複数利用するとさらに無料時間が増えるシステムです）
そして、施設内に「和食のさと」とめちゃくちゃ大きい「スーパーマックスバリュー」があるのめっちゃいいです（運動→さとで外食→マックスバリュでお買い物が最高に良さそう）
ということで、「お得生活研 究家ノリマネ」として採点するお得生活得点は「８１点」でした。

At the sports club closest to my home, I was guided around the facility in the form of a tour.

It seems that there is also a nursery room, so it can be used by families with small children (I took a picture of the guide posted at the entrance and posted it)
The parking lot is also very large and basically free for 3 hours (a system that increases the free time if you use multiple stores in the facility)
And it's really nice that there is "Japanese food Sato" and "Super Max Value" in the facility (exercise → eating out at Sato → shopping at Maxvalu seems to be the best)
