i	ino “Tom” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張先の西明石で、グーグル検索をして見つけた、偶然のお店に寄せてもらいましたが、また、何度も来てみたいお店だったのでレビューしようと思いました。ディナータイムに感動して、翌日のランチも連続でお世話になりました。 ①　店主の食材へのこだわり店主と仕入れのお話をさせてもらいましたが、黒毛和牛の仕入れはもちろん、豆腐一つもこだわりを持って遠くまで仕入れに出向いておられます。 ②　最小限かつ最強なスタッフ店主の信頼のおけるスタッフとの素敵な味わいで、お店のアットホームな雰囲気が出来ていると思います。 ③　高品質なお品レベルを鑑みると、お値段が安すぎる(お値段以上です) 全部食べたわけではないですが、食べた三品はどれも最高でした。翌日のランチタイムのおろしハンバーグも美味しかった。一見高級料亭(？)のような店構えですが、思い切って入って値段の安さにびっくりしました。ところが何を食べても美味しい。近所の人がうらやましいです。また、大事な人と一緒に来たいと思いました。皆様にもお勧めです～(ほめちぎっていますが、店主は全くの赤の他人です) At Nishi-Akashi, where I was on a business trip, I googled and found a shop by chance, but I wanted to visit it again and again, so I decided to review it.
