★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイクで西会津の道の駅に寄り、食べる所を検索したら。今いるの頃の道の駅内に『みそ家うのすけ』のラーメンが美味しそうだったので中に入ってみた。
名産きくらげ味噌ラーメンを食べてみたら、麺は平打ち麺でコシがあり、キクラゲはコリコリ歯応えがあり美味しい！味噌ラーメンのスープもメチャ好みの味で美味しかったです。
Stop by Nishiaizu Road Station on a motorcycle and search for a place to eat. When I was here, the ramen from “Misoya Unosuke” seemed to be delicious, so I went inside.
If you try the famous jellyfish miso ramen, the noodles are flat noodles, and the jellyfish has a crunchy crunchy taste! The miso ramen soup was delicious with a taste of mecha.

ここを過ぎて新潟方面に行く途中の道の駅は、美味しくないですので、こちらを利用するのがベストチョイスです。。カレーはお肉いっぱいでした。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17：00終了ですが、道の駅で寄りやすいです^ ^新潟から行くとお昼にちょうどいい感じかな。辛味噌ラーメンとかき揚げ店ざるそばを頂きました。道の駅としては優秀で、美味しいです^ ^辛味噌ラーメンもけっこう辛みが効いてます。蕎麦もしっかりと腰のあるタイプで好きです^ ^

何度か来てますが、フードコートでの食事は初めてです。
ここもかなり混んでますね。幸い…隅っこの席が空いていたので、食券を買いしばし待つ…スタンダードの味噌ラーメンを頼んだが、ミネラル味噌ラーメンを頼んでる人が多かったな〜
お蕎麦も美味しいそうでした。
味噌は甘めの味噌で好き嫌いが分かれるかも。私はホットするお味で好きです。
麺は太い平打ちちぢれ麺でこれ又好きなタイプ。ただ、最初に食べた時 ちょっと粉臭さがあったので、良くかき混ぜて無いのか？沢山茹でて、お湯自体がドロドロなのか？と思いました。あと写真と違って野菜が思っていたより少ないかな？

The noodles are thick flat noodles, which is also my favorite type. However, when I first ate it, it had a slight powdery odor, so wasn't it stirred well? Is the hot water itself muddy after boiling a lot? I thought. Also, unlike the photo, there are fewer vegetables than I expected.
