中の一部の商品に木の破片が入っていた。
保健所に連絡をし、私の地域の保健所から販売先店の担当の保健所に調査をお願いしました。
使用していた器具の一部が混入していたとのことで間違いないとのこと。
機材を全て木製を撤去し、新しい機材を導入すると私の地域の保健所から聞きました。
実際代えたのかはわからない。
経過も不明。連絡もなし。
「嵐」がやっていたテレビで紹介されて、こちらを購入したかったので、非常に残念すぎる。
食した瞬間ガリっと歯の音がなったので気づきました。
私も以前飲食店に勤めていましたが、異物混入等論外でニュースになりすぐに営業停止になっていましたよ。
保健所に連絡する前に販売先店に連絡し、すぐに事務的に代替品と詫び状を送ってくれたが、保健所の調査以降は一切お詫びや身体を気遣う電話はなし。素晴らしい。
代替品を送って返金もなくおしまいと思っていることが不思議に感じます。
通常でしたら、もっとおおきなことになってますね。
もしかすると日常的にこのようなことがあり、対応をしていない可能性もあるのかもしれません。
皆さん食されるときは、本当に気を付けてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は、キャベツ(でっかいシュークリーム)美味しかったのに、何時の間にかバタークリームと生クリーム混ぜて、カスタードも香りが無く美味しくなくなった。今は注文でしか購入不可。もう食べる事は無いんだなぁってガッカリしてました。低糖質ケーキはそれなり？はっきり言って不味い。
仕方ないんだよね～美味しいものは、カロリーに比例してるし。
格安のケーキの切れ端があったんだけど、量も減りお得で無くなりました。結構なペースで通っていたので、ガッカリですね。
