★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 淡路島一周ライド中に立ち寄りました。お店はイートインがあり落ち着いた雰囲気で地元の方が良く使われているようです。
私のお目当ては淡路島産の玉ねぎを使った玉ねぎのコンフィです。皮の中にクリームがたっぷり入っています、ほんのりと玉ねぎの甘い香りと皮の触感が楽しめます。コーヒーとセットで良い休憩ができました。たくさんのスィーツがあるので目移りします。
 We stopped by during Awaji Island round trip. The shop has an eat-in and it seems that local people are often used in a calm atmosphere.
My aim is an onion confit using onions from Awajishima. There is plenty of cream inside the skin, you can enjoy the sweet scent of onions and the touch of the skin. We had a good break with coffee. There is a lot of sweets so look around.

光に溢れる店内はとても明るくて、ケーキたちもキラキラしています。
ご家族で経営されていて、温かい雰囲気も心地いいです。
ワンドリンクオーダーで店内でいただくことができ、ケーキプレートに添えてある自家製アイスがとても美味しかったです。
