This is a transition support office for people with mental disorders.
The correspondence is rough and I will stretch it out with something. I would not recommend it if possible.

支援者の立場は微妙なようで、仕事の斡旋を望んで行ってはいけません。
あくまで合理的な配慮を望むが職場でそれが得られないときに援助を頼むようなときに利用する場なのだと割り切って利用するのが良いと思います。
In my case, I am blessed with the person in charge and I am saved.
The position of the supporter seems to be delicate, and you should not want to find a job.
I think it's best to use it as a place to ask for help when you want reasonable consideration but you can't get it at work.

面談中にアシスタントは居眠り。
担当は名刺さえ出さない。
挙げ句の果てに、「障害があっても雇ってくださるんだから、低賃金でも仕方ないでしょ。」と言う態度が見え隠れ。
お願いした仕事の紹介依頼や進捗報告も全くなし。
最後には「生保取らないの？」
1年我慢したけど、クライアントから依頼された仕事もこなせない人に他人の世話が出来るとは思えず、失礼しました。
Certainly the correspondence is miscellaneous.
The assistant fell asleep during the interview.
The person in charge does not even give out a business card.
At the end of the phrase, the attitude of saying, "Even if you have a disability, you can hire me, so even if you have a low wage, you can't help it."
There was no request for introduction of the requested work or progress report.
At the end, "Why don't you take life insurance?"
I put up with it for a year, but I'm sorry I didn't think I could take care of others if I couldn't do the work requested by the client.
