日曜日でしたが、当日予約して家族5人で、うなぎ重をいただきました。とても美味しかったです。うなぎ特重や二段重ね重もありましたか、うなぎ重で量的にも丁度良かったです。

皮がしっかり感じられる焼き方でした。すごくフワフワで美味しかった。 肝串もせっかくなら食べた方が良いですね。 うな重を待ってる間に食べられるので、食欲が増します!

平日ランチ訪問。「昔のうなぎ屋」は店名ではなくて「うな天」がお店の名前。看板には「旧 うな天」とある。 100mほど西にはもう一件、同じ屋号の「うな天」があって、こちらは息子さんのお店らしい。新しくてきれいな店構え。こちらもいつか訪問してみたい。 入店すると大将が検温してくれる。卓ごとの仕切りも万全でコロナ対策バッチリ。座敷は掘りごたつではないので足はしんどい。 とりあえずうな丼(2,600円)と肝串(2本・600円)注文。 肝は大きめサイズで食べごたえあり。苦味あり。 うな丼はうなぎに脂が乗る季節だからなのか・・なんだか脂っぽく感じる。焼き方のせい?ちょっと不明。皮はだいぶ厚いというか硬い。 ごはんは・・・あれ?水加減間違った?? 例えると、タッパーの冷凍ご飯をフタしたままチンして10分放置したのを再度温めたような感じ。めちゃくちゃベチャッとしてた。 とはいえ別のお客様はお会計時に「大将!うまかった!!」て絶賛してたんで、完全に好みだと思う。ごちそうさまでした。

うな丼をいただきましたが抜群に美味しかったです。 漬物と吸い物のレベルがうなぎに追いついてくれるといいですね。

Unagi cooked traditionally and served over rice. Hamamatsu's most famous dish. This small family run place is cozy and friendly. If you come to Hamamatsu you should definitely try this place.
