ネ	ネテルヒトー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八王子の有名ラーメン店、びんびん亭の支店。 …だと思うのですが、HPに何故か載っていない。まさか海賊店!? メニューが本店まんまなので恐らく載せ忘れ。駐車場は広め、注文は入って右手の券売機から。店内はカウンターと四人卓、合わせてキャパ30ぐらい。ノーマルなラーメンを注文。オイリーで深みのある醤油味のスープ。かなり固めの細角麺、特徴的な玉ねぎ。しっかり八王子ラーメン。埼玉でこの味が食べれるのは嬉しい。卓上調味料も充実、接客も丁寧で満足。ただ、穴あきレンゲで無かったので玉ねぎがすくい切れずにちょっと勿体無い。 (薬味ラーメンだとついてくるのかな？) あと店員さんにとても活気があり大きな声での威勢の良い発声が多くカウンターだとちょっと恐かったです(笑) A branch of Binbin-tei, a famous ramen shop in Hachioji. ぬ	ぬまきち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜の午後６時頃に訪問。ちょうど先客が出ていくところで店に入るとお客さんが０人。スタッフは２人でお客様の前でもしかりつけているのでちょっと雰囲気悪かった。上司側？の人の機嫌が悪いのか、ただ、ガラが悪いのか、接客態度もあまりよろしくない…。可能ならばよい雰囲気で食事は楽しみたいな～、とも思いつつ初めての八王子ラーメンを食す。正直、刻みラーメンがのっているのが特徴ということしか知らず、食券機のボタンに玉ねぎと書いてあった薬味ラーメンを購入。同行者が頼んだこってりラーメンにも玉ねぎはのっていたので、何を頼んでも玉ねぎはのっているのかもしれない。ただ、薬味ラーメンにのっている玉ねぎの量はこってりラーメンの倍以上のっていたイメージ。醤油ベースでちょぃ油多めのスープと玉ねぎの組み合わせはなかなか良い感じ。味は悪くない、個人的には結構好みの味。重ね重ね、店の雰囲気がよろしくなかったのが残念である。が、たまたまだと思うし、ラーメンの値段も比較的安価な部類なので再訪はすると思う。ただ、チャーシュー丼に関してはちょっと好みから外れていたので次は頼まないかな？あっさり目のチャーシューで特にタレがかかっているような感じもなかったので個人的には物足りなかった。餃子もあっさり目で普通。ただ、個数が6個で同行者とシェアしやすいのは良かった。（自分の行動範囲だと結構5個で出す店が多いイメージなので） Visited around 6 pm on Saturday. a	aa BlueSapphire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の13時半に入ったがちょうど満席くらい。人気なのか。つけ麺のみ、大盛り+100円、特大+200円、特々大300円というのがある。特々大！　(^o^)(笑) こういうお店、好きだー! メニューにアルコールやつまみっぽいのあり。お子様ラーメンあり。旨かった。通りがかりに目立つ看板。数年ぶりに通ったが、ここにお店あったっけ? 昼飯時なのでサクッと入りました。あの美味しいラーメン「もちもちの木」が近くなのに開店した店。これは旨いに違いない!と期待大。ラーメン待つのが嬉しい。来た来た、やっぱり旨い! でも旨いとは思ったが記憶の中の「八王子ラーメン」と少し違う。そうか、間違った。こってり頼んじゃった。せっかくメニューに「定番」と書いてくれてたのに。しまった、「定番」の方食べればよかった。つけ麺は麺が２種。家族の頼んだつけ麺極太は茹で時間が長いそう。それを聞いて、二郎インスパイアにありそうな少しうどんぽいねちょねちょしたのを想像しちゃったが、すみませんでした! 旨い麺でした(家族が頼んだので少し食えました)。しかも、大盛り+100円とか書いてあったのに、店員さんに並のままですか?大盛り?と聞かれたそう。意味が分からず家族に、お金払ったの?と聞いたら「いいや」だって。え?それってランチの時間は大盛りとか無料ってこと? それっていつも?　日曜日だけ? ランチだけ?　極太つけ麺だけ? 天国! 店長さんらしき方やホール担当の方は丁寧で仕事に真摯な方達だなあと感じました。自分も仕事頑張ろう。 It was 13:30 on Sunday, but it was just full.
