舞茸天蕎麦。
コレは好みなのですが、汁は少し甘め、濃い味かと思います。
今度は冷たいお蕎麦を試したいと思います。
蕎麦は美味しかった。
出汁も悪くない。
舞茸の上がり具合がガリガリと硬かったです。

蕎麦もホルモンの入ったつけ汁も美味しいですがオプションで付けれる、ひじきご飯がとても良かった。
