元々、ストーンが好きでInstagramライヴを観て「良い雰囲気のお店かな!」と思って行ったけれど…女性店員の対応が悪くて(無愛想・面倒くさそう・感じ悪い)、次にお店に入るのを躊躇します。とても魅力的なお品がたくさんだったので見に行きたいけれど。。。 追記)御徒町に行く用があったついでに2度目の訪問。やっぱり接客酷かった。接客、とは言えないレベル。購入を決めた商品について聞くと(店頭で一目惚れして購入、でも石の名前が書いて無かったから聞いただけ)、しばらく無表情無言→嫌そうな顔して「どこにありました?」「ああ、〇〇ですね」と終始嫌そうな顔。

初めてうかがいましたが色々なタイプの石があって時間を忘れて色々と探してしまいました。スタッフの方もとても感じが良くてまた機会があったらお邪魔させてもらいます。

インスタで配信をしているのは知っていたのですが、店舗に入ると他のお客さんがいても女性定員がキンキン声で(更に大声)配信中。とても煩い。更に途中から中年の男性も加わり狭い店舗を行ったり来たりして、こちらは落ち着いて見ることも出来ないし、見たい棚には近づくことも出来ない。せっかくそこそこ遠くから時間を作って来店しても、商品が見れないのであれば行く意味が無いですよね?折角来たしと選んだ商品を会計しようとしても、ライブで買ってくれた人の梱包を優先して待たせられるし、それはライブ終わってからゆっくりやってもいいのでは?と疑問を持ちつつ、そんなに配信中心にしたいのであれば時間外にやるとか、時間を決めてやるとか(そうしたらその時間は来店しません)少しは来店している人にも考慮して下さってもいいのではないでしょうか? 後日、そこまでする配信とはどんなものかと見てみました。 商品の品数は多いと思いますが、扱いが結構乱雑でライブ中も平気でトレイのタンブルの上に原石乗せたり売り物のクラスターの上に自分の私物のブレスレット置いたり、落とすしぶつけるし、好き勝手やっているので、少なくても鉱物を大事に扱いたい自分とは合わないショップなのかなぁと思いました。 また、店員さんの知識があまりなく(私がみた時は媚びた感じの男性でした)、質問してもスルーされたり、はぐらかさせたりして、ちゃんと答えてくれません。あくまでも売るだけの配信でした。専門店なだけに残念でした。

初めて行かせていただきましたが、ワクワクしながら拝見させてもらいました。 ただ、もう少し石と名前の整理をされた方が良かったような気がします。 それと2日後にライブ配信を拝見させてもらいましたが、せわしなく配信されてたので、落ち着いて見ることが出来ませんでした。 お客様の対応を優先して時間も、ゆとりを持って配信をされた方が良いですね。 あれじゃ、リピートしたくなくなります。

社長がワンマンなインスタライブが特に酷いお店です。大口客しか相手にせず、少額取引の客には塩対応。気に入らない客は無視、そしてブロック。インスタ界隈ではかなり苦情が出ています。社長が出てきたら画面を閉じると言っている人がいるほど社長の対応が酷い。客やその場にいない店員の年齢や居住地などの個人情報をバラしまくる。インスタが売れるとわかるとこれまで年に何回かしか店舗にいなかったのに夕方以降配信のために店に入り浸るようになったようで。配信が始まるとリアル客そっちのけでどんどん高額商品の売り込みに入る。来店客には大変迷惑です。一応リクエストができますが、リクエストした人が選び終わらないうちにどんどんお金のある人が紹介された石を買い漁るので本来欲しくてリクエストした人には行き渡らないのが現状。世の中お金。というのをひしひし感じます。細く長くどんどん新しい人を連れてくる客でも都合が悪ければブロックし、今すぐに高額商品を買う人を優遇します。私は、過ぎる個人情報晒しをやんわり注意したらブロックされました。どうやら癒着もあるようで。 商品は原石よりルースが中心連材やブレスレット、ネックレス、すぐ付けられるアクセサリーはほぼないです。 店頭では石で商売をしている人には青丸30%オフ、赤丸半額の割引サービスがありますが、クレジットカードだと割引率がそれぞれ25%、45%に落ちます。それでも卸値には程遠い高さですが。表示価格で購入する気などおきません。また、ここ1年くらいで突然全ての商品の値段が底上げされました。業績は悪いようで鎌倉店と大阪店をたたみました。 店頭でのサービスも悪く、店員は常にライブ配信の連絡や梱包、発送作業をしているので声をかけることがはばかられます。また、割と大声で客の個人情報を話しているので丸聞こえです。聞く人が聞けばわかる内容で客の悪口。客もほとんど店員と口を聞こうとしません。短時間で店を去る人も多く店の空気、非常に重いです。ライブでは非常に気さくな感じなのに店舗に行ったら怖かった!とたくさんの来店した方が店の裏表を怖がっているのが実情です。あの社長の下ではこうなるな、と店員も被害者です。 卸売りを看板にしていますが、非常に高いです。良心的な石屋さんの2倍くらいからと思うとよろしいかと。 ウルグアイアメジストやアーカンソー水晶は現地と直接取引しているパイプがあるにも関わらずかなりの高額なので相当マージンを取ってるはずです(恐らく仕入れ値の10~20倍の価格をつけています)。 所狭しと商品が並んでいて通路が狭い、人と人がすれ違えない、もし行かれるとしたら荷物があると邪魔なので軽装で行った方がいいです。狭い通路に高く重いものを積み上げて消防法は大丈夫なのでしょうか… 店員さんは石の知識は乏しいです。質問しても答えられない、はぐらかされる。ライブ配信だと特にその傾向が強いです。普段質問されないのに質問されるから?石屋の店員なら少しは勉強しましょう。 本来は星ゼロをつけたいところですが選べないので品ぞろえの豊富さの点を考慮して星1で。

Very courteous people in the shop. We took all our time to decide on what all we had to buy. Got the strings turned to chains by the shopkeeper . He gave a good discount too. Worth the visit.
