西	西原宗紀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事終わりに飲み歩こうと言う事になり1軒目は良いお店と噂のこちらに伺わせていただきました！早めに行きすぎた事もありお店の前で待たせていただき開店と同時に入店！お通しに熱燗が出てきて粋だなーと感じましたー！ホワイトおでんが美味しいと聞いていたので、早速注文！お刺身も店員さんに勧められて注文！刺身は身が柔らかく美味しい！黒むつのお刺身でした！おでんはこんにゃく、車麩、餅巾着、ロールキャベツを注文！ホワイトおでんは出汁の味はしっかりしている中、クリーミーでこれまた美味しい！前評判通り良いお店でした！ I decided to drink at the end of my work and the first one was a good store and a rumor here! I heard that white oden is delicious, so I ordered it! Order sashimi recommended by the clerk! Sashimi is soft and delicious! It was a black sashimi sashimi! Oden ordered konjac, car, purse, roll cabbage! White oden is creamy and delicious while the taste of the broth is firm! It was a good shop as we had a good reputation!

The quality of food and customer service has deteriorated, and the waiting time is very long. It's a pity. While I think the commitment to sake and the variety of dishes are wonderful, the quality of the staff is terrible. An on-parade of mistakes such as making mistakes in ordering hot and cold sake, not receiving the food you ordered for an hour, and forgetting even if you ask for payment. And the staff don't follow each other, they don't care at all. There have been some complaints about customer service in past reviews, and it seems that they have continued for many years, so this is probably the store's management stance. The food that is really served is all good, so I felt sad rather than sorry for the terrible customer service.

The food was excellent and the waiter - Daisuke - was a true gem and steered us away from the fish head and natto plates. Highly recommend this establishment.

Has many different types of alcohol. Highly recommended not only for Japanese but also for visitors that want to try something different. Reservation recommended if you are more than four.
