厳しいルールはなく使用者で節度を持って使用する感じです。
古い建物なのでトイレや流しが汚いのと同じフロアの会社も使用しているためかネット回線が平均的に遅くやや不安定なのが不満点です。
遅いときは10Mbps程度もないです(5～7Mbpsぐらい)。

トイレは清潔さ以前に、女性は防犯面がかなり心許ないのでそれを承知で使う必要があります。
肩肘張らずに使えるため、オシャレ過ぎるコワーキングスペースが落ち着かないという男性にはお勧めできると思います。
ただ、私が使用した時は集団が会議室？個室？を利用していて騒いでいる声がだだもれで大変うるさかったです。
どういう人がそこにいるかで居心地はかなり変わります。
