★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方々が仰るとおり,地元風味のひなびた感のあるショッピングモールですが,中に入っているテナントさん(ギフト,ファンシー,靴,酒,１００均)は結構頑張っていて,意外とあなどれない品揃えです。私は好きですね。
As other people say, it is a shopping mall with a sense of local flavor, but the tenants inside (gifts, fancy, shoes, liquor, 100 grade) are quite working hard, and surprisingly an assortment of items is. I like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が広く、入りやすく出やすい。普段の買い物にはちょうどいい広さ。毎年の花火大会では駐車場の一部が観覧席として無料解放されています。パン屋がとても美味しい。
The parking lot is large and easy to enter and exit. Just the right size for everyday shopping. At the annual fireworks festival, a part of the parking lot is open for free as a seat. The bakery is very delicious.

全体的にコンパクトな作りですが、それぞれのお店が必要充分な売り場を確保しています。
遠くからここを目指して行くようなタイプのお店ではないですが、栃尾に住んでいる方なら便利に利用できるのではないでしょうか。
It's a small shopping mall, but it has a lot of things you need everyday.

It's not the type of shop that you go to from a distance, but I think it's convenient if you live in Tochio.
