★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜間到着便だとタイムズ等の営業は終了しており、ニッポンレンタカーかトヨタレンタカーになる。サイトによっては、タイムズとかと同等の値段になるので、検索してお得に使えます。 店員の方もとても丁寧。Bluetoothの設定を教えて欲しいといったお願いをした際には、非常に手際よく、「返却の際にはデータは消しますので」という案内があり感動もの。いつもレンタカーは一見の為、カーナビの操作に慣れるまで時間がかかり、Bluetoothの利用は断念するが、ここでは非常にスムーズだったのは、旅の始まりから嬉しい気持ちにさせてくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 往路は迎えに来るから良いが戻す時、近くでナビ終了。事前に案内なかったので、どこかなと思って進むと付近はUターンも困難な長い道ばかり。飛行機乗り遅れるかとヒヤヒヤ。グーグルナビと併用で戻ること勧めます。他のサービスは問題無いです。
The outbound route will come to pick you up, so it's okay, but when you return, the navigation will end nearby. I didn't guide you in advance, so when I wondered where it was, there were only long roads where U-turns were difficult. I wonder if I will miss the plane. We recommend that you return with Google Navi. Other services are fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ANAの国内ツアーにて予約したレンタカーです。ニッポンレンタカーの会員でたまに使うのですが残念な結果でした。
ガソリンの満点返しの給油先は小谷SAが一番安いのでそこでお願いしますとのことでしたが仰天のリッター187円でした。直前の東広島市内のスタンドは157円なので30円鷹です。スタンドの店員にレンタカーの返しですかとの質問があったので嫌な予感がしましたがまさにそのとおりとなりました。
ANAとニッポンレンタカーの管理者の方には是非調査した上で善処して下さい。

This is a rental car booked on an ANA domestic tour. I use it occasionally as a member of Nippon Rent-A-Car, but it was a disappointing result.
Kodani SA is the cheapest refueling destination for gasoline, so I asked for it, but it was an astonishing liter of 187 yen. The stand in Higashi-Hiroshima City just before is 157 yen, so it's 30 yen hawk. The clerk at the stand asked me if I would like to return the rental car, so I had a bad feeling, but that was exactly the case.
If you are the manager of ANA or Nippon Rent-A-Car, please do a good job after investigating.
There seems to be darkness.

広島空港は私用で最近１．２ヶ月のペースで行ってます。その都度違う会社でレンタカーを借りてますが、ここまで不愉快な思いをしたのは初めてでした。
多分、二度と利用しないと思います。
もう少し電話教育等したほうが良いと思います。
顔が見えない相手への配慮をお願いします。

Hiroshima Airport is private and has been going at a pace of 1.2 months recently. I rent a car from a different company each time, but this was the first time I had such an unpleasant feeling.
