We need to drive back from Okayama and Due to the exceptional heavy rain, the JR was stopped and so as the Toll highway was closed. We were so tired when arrived the car company counter at the arrival hall. We rang the staff from airport counter and the staff immediately drove up for assistance. The staff were very polite, very helpful to settle all the remaining issues swiftly. Despite the staff did not speak fluent English, they tried very best to communicate and help.
