早朝発にため、厚かましく、前日の手続き、開店前のレンタルをお願いいたところ、快く対応していただきました。また、慌ててネット予約しましたが、カードを持ち合わせおらず、一度キャンセルし、再度来店予約の対応も。本当にありがとうございました。

The correspondence is good, and even if you make a reservation by phone, it is polite. It's fine near the station, but there was no parking space.

特にサービス面では、自分の過失で鍵を紛失した際も本当に親切に対応してもらえた。鍵は見つかって事なきを得たが、助かりました。
