★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間営業でなくなったので朝早く出掛けるには前日から借りなければならないので不便になりましたが、手続きなどは何度か利用しているとお馴染みさんになり手続きもスムーズになります
朝、営業開始時刻にいくと、ものすごい混雑しているので早めに着いて待っていないと出庫までに40分位かかります
営業時間が更に短縮されて不便でなりません

お待ち下さいと待たされて、待っとったら後から来た人を先に案内し始めた。
クレーム入れたら、すみませんと言いながらもそのままあとから来た人の手続きを継続されて待機させられた。
まじでクズ。
クズすぎる。
The service was terrible. I pulled it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地図の場所が近くの団地内になっていますが、正しくは近くの日曹橋の踏み切り前、明治通りと永代通りの交差点です。
他のニッポンレンタカーを利用した事がありませんが、こちらはどなたもとても親切で丁寧、感じがとても良かったです。24時間なのがやはり便利だと思います。
The location of the map is in the nearby housing complex, but right before the railroad crossing of the nearby Nisobashi, at the intersection of Meiji Street and Eiyo Street.
We have never used other Nippon Rent-A-Car, but this was very kind and polite, and the feeling was very good. I think that 24 hours is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東陽町営業所ですが東陽町駅より南砂町駅からのほうが近いです。永代通りだと左折しかできずすぐに踏切があるので出庫には注意が必要。ただし踏切は在来線じゃないので踏切が閉まることはまれです。
Although it is the Toyocho sales office, it is closer from Minamisunamachi station than Toyocho station. On Eiyo-dori, you can only turn left and there is a railroad crossing immediately, so be careful when leaving. However, railroad crossings are rarely closed because they are not conventional lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前他の店舗の接客で嫌な思いをしたのでニッポンレンタカーを利用しなくなりましたが、久しぶりの利用。ここの店舗はスタッフさんの対応もスピーディーでクルマの状態もよく気持ちよく利用させて戴きました。なので、リピート使用してます。
I stopped using Nippon Rent-A-Car because I had a bad feeling about serving customers at other stores before, but I haven't used it for a long time. At this store, the staff responded quickly and the condition of the car was good and I was able to use it comfortably. So I use it repeatedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人週6くらいで勤務してるおばさんの接客態度が最強レベルに酷い。
そのせいで所長がお客に謝罪したりしてるのをここ何年何度もみてきた。
1時間遅れて返却したら追加で1日分請求されたので 1時間分じゃないんですか？と申し出たところ連絡がなかったので1日分頂きますとおばさんに言われました。結局所長に代わっていただき1時間分ですみましたが、もはや悪態の領域超えて営業妨害だと思う。

If you return it one hour late, you will be billed for an additional day, so isn't it one hour? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で予約をしようとしたのですが、何故か初回からのとても高圧的な態度に悲しい気持ちになり、こちらから予約は取り止めにしました。
他の方のコメントにもありますが、割と年配の女性だと思われますので、皆さんがおっしゃっている方に当たってしまったのかもしれません。
私の務める会社ではニッポンレンタカーと日産レンタカーを利用するのですが、今後は日産レンタカーのお世話になることにします。
