H	Hoshi Ikegami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これまで利用してきたレンタカーの中で最高な接客でした。特に、若い女性のスタッフさんがとても明るく丁寧で、とても印象深いです。もちろんそのほかのスタッフのみなさんも素敵でした(^^) 多少距離があっても、私はここを利用しようと思います。格安レンタカー業者に比べると、多少金額は高くなりますが、トータル満足度は群を抜いています。みなさんにもおススメです(^^) It was the best customer service I have ever used. ま	まゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏の暑い中、予約時間の30分前に着きましたが連休ということもありすでに長蛇の列。その列の人達に誰も声かけることなくただ待たされ並んでる人同士でどこが最後尾か声を掛け合ってました。やっとスタッフが来たと思ったら、後ろの方の人に、ここは車道なのではみ出ないで下さいと声をかけるだけ笑汗だくで40分待ち、予約から10分過ぎてやっと受付。借りた車に乗れたのは予約時間から20分過ぎてからでした。勿論、予約時間から借りたことにされます。乗っていない時間に料金払うって何事？対応もロボットみたいな回答しかしません。こちらの予定が狂ったことへの謝罪など当たり前に無く、機械のようにただ規約を説明するのみ。乗車する時も車に傷がないか等確認せず、チャイルドシートなどの説明は一切無し。せっかくの家族と過ごす休日がもやもやした気分で始まってしまいました。前回の対応が良かっただけにとても残念です。 In the hot summer, I arrived 30 minutes before the reserved time, but due to the consecutive holidays, there was already a long line.
