★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪山に行くためスタッドレス車をレンタルする予定で、念のためチェーンを自分で用意しようとタイヤサイズを聞こうと連絡したところ、「チェーンは付けられないので教えられない」と言われました。
また、スタッドレスのみで事故が起きたら保険は使えるんですか？と、聞いたら「そんなところに行くのが悪い」みたいな事を言われさらに「他の所で借りろ」と言われました。
この会社は、客に安全に運転して目的地にたどり着いてもらう、という精神が無いようですね。もう二度と使いません。
I'm planning to rent a studless car to go to the snowy mountains, and when I contacted him to ask about the tire size so that he could prepare the chain himself, he said, "I can't teach because I can't attach the chain."

The company doesn't seem to have the spirit of driving customers safely to their destination. I will never use it again.
