故障部位の特定から、提案、対応まで、全てが迅速かつ的確で、素晴らしい技術を持っていると感じました。
また先日、車検のお願いに伺ったところ、すぐに簡易点検いただき、お見積りいただけました。
費用の内訳説明を丁寧に行っていただけたため、納得してお願いすることが出来ました。
１点残念に感じたところは、普段利用しているカードが利用出来なかった点です（現金支払い推奨）。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 法定12ヶ月点検を今回お願いしました。予約後の確認の電話応対も丁寧でした。工業団地の一角にある整備工場…という感じです。代車も無料（使ったガソリンも無料）でした。整備完了後の説明も丁寧で良かったです。機会あればまた利用したいと思います。
I asked for a legal 12-month inspection this time. The telephone response for confirmation after booking was also polite. It's like a maintenance factory in a corner of an industrial complex. The substitute car was also free (the gasoline used was also free). It was good that the explanation after the maintenance was completed was also polite.
