m	mogu furu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ go to eatで貯まってたポイント消化で土曜の夜に予約しました。食べログ焼肉百名店だし、SNSなどでも見ていたので期待して行きました。夫はここ最近繁忙期だったので、日頃の労いを込めての焼肉でした。人気店なので来店時満席でした、何品か注文してドリンクもすぐ提供され、楽しみにしてたのですが最初に注文した塩タンが来て焼こうとしたところ、火が消えていて… 店員さん何人か来ていただきましたが私たちの目の前のロースターに火はつかず、周りの人が飲食楽しんでる中、お肉を食べずに退店になりました。 30分強待てば違う席に案内できますとのことでしたが、その間この場所で待つのも…と思い退店することにしました。退店時にポイント利用で予約してるので、ちゃんとキャンセルしといてください(客側からは来店時刻過ぎるとできないため)と伝え、お店の方からさせていただきます、とのことでしたのでそのままお店を去りました。この時点では怒りとかはなく、運のなさというか悲しさが強かったのですが前日のお客さん案内の時気づかなかったのかなとかは疑問に残りました。ここで、普通ならお店としてすぐキャンセル処理すべきだと思いますが(遅くても当日営業終了時) 翌日になっても来店済みで処理されてるので電話したところ、対応が悪かったです。その後、キャンセル処理されましたがその後メールくらいあってもいいのではないかなと思いました、謝意があるのであれば。焼肉を食べたかっただけに悲しかったです。 I made a reservation on Saturday night with the points I had accumulated from go to eat. This place is cool with counter seating and individual grills. A few tables available too. We ordered a lunch set and 2 individual meats and a beer. Our total was about $35. It was good and fun. English menus are available and staff is very nice and helpful.
