一人晩酌で訪問しました。
全力でお肉のお店です。
サラダも肉々しいです。
お肉、野菜、ビール（糖質）。。。
以外にバランス取れているような気がします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人のレビューを見ると、時間帯や従業員、提供される肉に当たりはずれがあるのかもしれないが、ちょっと高いかな、と思う以外はとても良かった。
まず、メニューそのものにムラがあって、熟成肉は毎日あるわけではない。私がその日食べた熟成肉はとても美味しかった。というのも、その日に普通の肉も頼んで食べ比べたからだ。これをいずれかだけ頼んで評価するのは私を含めた素人には難しいと思う。つまり、熟成肉だけを食べたとき、とびきり美味しい！とはこの値段では当然ならないし、だったらもっと高級店に行った方がよい。
野菜焼きにはビーツなど珍しいもののほか、キノコや玉ねぎなどが丁寧に焼かれて期待以上だった。
一方でビールは確かに値段の割には少ないし、鉄板のカキフライや肉、スモークサーモンなどはいたって普通で高く感じるだろう。
驚いたのはカプレーゼ。1200円という高さなので理由を聞いたら、チーズが特別らしく、試しに頼んでみたらブラータだった。価値のわかる人は頼むと良い。
お酒に関しては、ビールが割高に感じたのでワインのボトルに切り替えたが、1800円なら納得のものが出てくる。
なのでワインで熟成肉が食べたくなれば、また行ってみたい店の一つではあるが、ランチやそれ以外の理由では今の所他の方のレビュー通りだと思われる。

First of all, the menu itself is uneven, and there is no aged meat every day. The aged meat I ate that day was very delicious. That's because on that day I ordered normal meat and compared it. I think it would be difficult for amateurs, including me, to ask only one of them for evaluation. In other words, when you eat only aged meat, it is extremely delicious! It is not natural at this price, so it is better to go to a more upscale store.
In addition to rare things such as beets for grilling vegetables, mushrooms and onions were carefully baked, which exceeded expectations.
Beer, on the other hand, is certainly cheap for its price, and oysters, meat and smoked salmon on iron plates will feel normal and expensive.
What surprised me was Caprese. The price was 1200 yen, so when I asked why, the cheese was special, and when I asked him to try it, it was Brata. People who know the value should ask.
Regarding sake, I switched to a bottle of wine because I felt that beer was expensive, but if it was 1,800 yen I would come up with something satisfactory.
So if you want to eat aged meat with wine, it's one of the places you'll want to go again, but for lunch and other reasons it seems to be as per the reviews of others for now.

たまたまなのかもしれませんが、お肉もポテトも味がなく‥。
テーブルに調味料なくどうする事もできませんでした。
三人で行ったのですが気がつけばお水二つしかありませんでした。たしかに一人はお酒一杯だけ飲みましたが最初は三人分だしてほしかったです。
店員さん忙しそうで気がついてもらう事もありませんでした。
テーブルにベルでもあれば‥

噛みごたえのある肉特ステーキ(550円)をスルメのようにカミカミしながらハッピーアワーのビールで流し込む…最高です！
It is one of the shops where you can drink alone at Hiroshima Station ekie. I don't recommend it when you're with someone because the table is small.
Pour the chewy meat special steak (550 yen) with happy hour beer while squid like dried squid ... the best!
