わ	わたなべかつひと on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガレット・デ・ロワのコンテストで優勝したこともあるという、洋菓子店「パティスリーボンヌノノ」に行ってきました。鳥取駅から少し離れた住宅街にお店はありました。一階は工房と、販売カウンターで、二階がカフェスペース。一階で注文します。カフェスペースは、テーブル席とカウンター席があります。カウンター席は、窓側に面し、外の公園が眺められいいです。注文したのは、ガレットデロワガレットデロワラズベリー MLESNA TEA オリエンタルバカンスです。ガレットデロワプレーンのガレットデロワはパイ生地がサックリ、香ばしいです。中のアーモンドクリームがまったりして、アーモンドの味わいが濃厚で甘さとのバランスががいいです。少し軽めのガレットデロワです。ガレットデロワラズベリーラズベリーは、アーモンドクリームの中に、季節のフルーツラズベリーソースが入った物です。プレーンと同じパイ生地がサックリして、濃厚なアーモンドクリームに酸味のあるラズベリーがはいり、甘みと酸味がいいです。 MLESNA TEA オリエンタルバカンスアイスティーの茶葉が「MLESNA TEA オリエンタルバカンス」とのこと。ストロベリー・ジャスミン・マンゴーのブレンドで、さっぱりして甘い香りです。大きめのグラスにたっぷり入ったアイスティーでゴクゴク飲めいいです。 I went to the pastry shop “Patisserie Bonne Nono”, who has won the contest of Garrett des Rois. エ	エンガワ侍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキは味は甘め。紅茶マイスターが居るからイートインの紅茶が美味しく頂けます。赤い店舗オーニングが目印。道路向かい側には3台の駐車場がありました。客層はやや高齢気味ですが、近所で親しまれている店らしく千客万来で忙しそう。イートインよりは持ち帰りメインなので、イートイン穴場でゆっくりケーキと紅茶が楽しめます。点は二階がイートインで席は２０席はありそう。店舗奥が二階町公園で木々を眺めながら喫茶を楽しめるポイントも高いです。オーナーが紅茶マイスターらしくて、珍しい茶葉もあります。茶器は自分の好みのカップ、ソーサーをチョイス出来る等、目でも楽しみながら紅茶を堪能出来ます。紅茶の味もケーキに邪魔にならないし美味しい入れ方で満足感ありました。ケーキはやや甘めでこじんまりしたタイプ、またマドレーヌ、カヌレ等のフランスの焼き菓子も充実していて贈答用にも良さそうです。無花果のタルト、カヌレを頂きましたが、やや甘めのタルトで紅茶に合いますね。カヌレも美味しく頂きました。 The cake has a sweet taste.
