後、病院前のスーツ着たMRの営業の人が金儲けの話してるのが聞こえてすごく不快でした。

いつも、西浦先生にお世話になっています。
ただ、予約制ではなく受付順なので時間帯によっては２、３時間はざらという、かなりの待ち時間が発生します…。

親身になってくれるスタッフさん、院長先生など本当にこの病院と出会ってなければどうなっていたか。
不安定な時も納得のいくまでしっかりお話を聞いてくださり診察が終わったらいつもスッキリして帰れます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上階のデイケアからも患者が行き来し、椅子の配置が悪く落ち着かない待合室の中はいつも渾沌としている。
アルコール依存症とギャンブル依存症の治療もあり、怖い雰囲気の患者がいる。
予約制ではないので待ち時間がとにかく永いのに診察は3分で終わる。受付を済ませたら、1度家に帰る人が多い。遠方から通う人は止めた方が良い。オルゴールのBGMが余計イライラするか落ち込みが酷くなる。
Patients come and go from the day care on the upper floor, and the chairs are not arranged properly and the waiting room is always chaotic.
There are also treatments for alcoholism and gambling addiction, and some patients have a scary atmosphere.
Since it is not a reservation system, the consultation is completed in 3 minutes even though the waiting time is long. Many people go home once after the reception. People who come from afar should stop. The BGM of the music box becomes more frustrating or depressed.

カウンセリングとしてはかなり患者に時間を割いてくれている。
問題は受付スタッフだ。
感じの良い受付スタッフは大方いなくなった。
見事に【性 悪 女】が残っている。
受付カウンターの中での話し声など待合室の隅に座っていても
よく聞こえている。
スタッフM、心当たりがあるであろう。
担当医師を信頼しているのでなんとか通っているが、
不愉快である。
【追記】
後日、担当の相談員に報告。
転院も視野に入れている。
まずこういったメンタルクリニックでありえない態度ではないか？
スタッフが患者の事をネタに話す、しかも業務中に受付カウンターで！
この内容を相談しても私が今過敏になっているから、という回答だった。
ふざけないで欲しい。
センシティブな内容を話す場所でまた聞かれていたら、と思いながら
通院しないといけないのであろうか？
また病院はこういったスタッフを放置するのか？
教育はしてないのか？
忙しく、再教育もままならないから目をつぶって雇っているのか？
