み	みかんちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず受付の方の電話対応が素晴らしいです。胃カメラがトラウマで痛くない病院を探していて知人に胃カメラならここが抜群に上手と聞き、まずは主人に行かせました。全く痛く無いと聞き自分も予約。当日は土曜日だったのでビルのエレベーターが稼働せずお迎えに上がります、と電話口で言われました。問診も済ませて看護師さんの説明。この看護師さんもめちゃくちゃ対応が良い。その後ドクターの説明。親切でした。血液検査→点滴→暗い部屋へ移動。喉の麻酔の後、すぐに鎮静剤→記憶無し。検査終わり。という、あっという間でした。素晴らしい対応でした。が、星4つの意味は、電話対応が完璧な受付の方がネイルしてた。。医療でネイルはやめましょう。ネイルしてる受付の方を見かけたらドクターは注意しましょう。医療でネイルが何故ダメか？必要無いからです。以上。 First of all, the telephone correspondence of the receptionist is wonderful. 山	山田 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃カメラをしました。当日は9時の予約で10分前に来るように言われたので8時50分には着きましたが検査が始まったのが10時15分頃でした。途中、5分程の看護師と医師からの問診はありますが、1時間以上は何もせず座って待ってるだけの時間でした。そんなに早く来院させないといけないのでしょうか？朝から飲まず食わずの為、血糖値下がり頭痛と気持ち悪さで途中何度も看護師さんを呼ぼうかと思いましたが、検査ができなくなりこれまでの苦労が水の泡になるのも辛いので我慢してる時に、やっと検査してもらえました。スタッフの対応も良く、検査も苦しくないですが、低血糖での無駄な待ち時間が苦しかったです。 I did a gastrocamera.
