い	いちこ77SP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15時から受診開始でしたので15時に行きました。予約が優先でしたのでかなり待ちましたが、診察して検査する時に看護師さんに時間が無い事を伝えると他の患者さんより先回しにしてくれました。先生もスタッフの方も丁寧な対応で建物も新しくて綺麗でした。 I went to the office at 15:00 because I started my consultation at 15:00. 麦	麦子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当日予約をしようとしましたが空きがなく、直接行くことになりました。待ち時間も30分程と言われましたが、結果的に待った時間は5分程度。すぐに診察に呼んでいただけて有難かったです。受付の方も先生もとても優しく、診察の際の要望も受け入れてくださりました。プラス、薬局の薬剤師さんも丁寧に目薬の説明をしてくださり、安心できました。家からは少し遠いのですが、それでもまた何かあった際には行きたいと思える眼科でした。 I tried to make a reservation on the day, but there was no space and I decided to go directly. S	S Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、子供が先にお世話になっていました。急な受診のため予約なしで行ったのですが、受付から終わるまで１時間以上はかかったように思います。予約優先なのでそれは仕方ないことなので不満はありませんでした。目に異常がないか詳しく診察してくれてありがたかったです。今回は私がお世話になりました。今まで利用していた眼科は予約制になり、かつ予約は直接窓口でないとダメということになり不便なので、電話で予約できる川野さんに変えました。当日受診なので混んでるか確認の電話を入れたら、午後一で予約可能とのことで予約して行きました。予約ありだったので受付から終わるまで３０分も掛からなかったように思います。先生の診察はとても丁寧で症状もよくなり感謝しかありません。受付の方も親切丁寧でとてもいい眼科だと思います。 Previously, my child was taken care of first. Since I had a medical examination on the day, I called to confirm that it was crowded, and I made a reservation because it was possible to make a reservation in the afternoon. Since I had a reservation, I think it took less than 30 minutes from the reception to the end. The doctor's examination was very polite and my symptoms improved, so I am grateful. The receptionist is also kind and polite, and I think it is a very good ophthalmology.
