Y	YUUJI K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大ホールの車椅子観覧スペースは最前列とまでは言えないが非常にステージに近い。しかも前の席の観覧者が立ち上がっても視界を遮ることがない。車椅子利用者や下肢不自由者が常にその席(場所)を利用できるとは限らないが,隣の新潟市民芸術文化会館(りゅーとぴあ)含む多くのホールの車椅子観覧スペースが最後尾で前の人が立ち上がるとステージが見えなくなる席(場所)なので非常に珍しい。ロビー階に多目的トイレ、障害者用の駐車場(台数に限度有り、利用方法要確認）もあり下肢不自由の身体障害者にとって配慮の行き届いた施設だと思う。なお、新潟県民会館含む白山公園の車椅子利用者の新潟駅からのアクセス手段は,新潟駅前(バスのりば0番か1番発)～市役所前(バスのりば4番着)間のBRT(連接バス)が最も便利だと思う。新潟駅行きBRT乗車の場合は市役所前バスのりば1番。 The wheelchair viewing space in the large hall is not the front row, but it is very close to the stage. ミ	ミスタードーナツ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the Kome Kome Club concert (K2C ENTERTAINMENT TOUR 2019 -Okawari). First Japanese concert ever and it was pretty awesome. Good facilities at the Civic Center, able to service a concert of that size.
