S	Shalmali Rajadhyaksha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice little aquarium on the coast of the Sea of Japan. It is very breezy and full of lush greenery. I would highly recommend going on a weekday to enjoy the peace and quiet.
F	Fphicyo Odddsquad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This aquarium is very huge with a lot of sea animals my personal favorite was the dolphin show. if you are visiting in Niigata i recommend this place. There is a park if you have little children with you.

This aquarium gives animals spacious room to swim/walk so they seems happy and have no pressure. The educational signs are easy to understand for kids. Many cute seals live at their wills, make tourists happy. The baby seal and baby dolphin are too damn cute! And their restaurant offers seal ice cream. A must go if you visit Niigata and love marine mammals.

Nice view as it’s near to the sea of Japan. Dolphin show is amazing. Restaurants in the 2nd floor is also not bad at all.

There’s also a restaurant and a food stall inside the area that serves (slightly overpriced) food. One thing I found remarkable is the accessibility and the view outside. It is located near the sea and I believe the shore is accessible. There is a bus connecting this attraction with Niigata station, so no worries about getting here. Very suitable for kids.
