This time I used it for vehicle inspection. When making an estimate, I didn't make a reservation and jumped in, but despite the fact that the store was about to close, I was able to deal with it promptly. I decided the schedule as it was, and I was very satisfied with the kind and polite explanation on the day of bringing in and the explanation after completion. We are very grateful to the receptionist and maintenance staff. Thank you very much.

It is quick and accurate in explanation and response. You can try to deal with irregular projects.

大変満足です。
When I inspected my car at home, I noticed that the oil was running low and I called Kobac. I am grateful to the employees in charge for the quick response that they can respond on the same day even though it is Sunday.
I am very satisfied.

I got a differential oil seal for free with warranty repair. It was helpful to be able to quickly respond to the tire carry-on installation when riding on the curb. I would like to ask Mr. Kobac for a car inspection.

整備に関する連絡を頂き、折り返しにお昼休みに連絡をしたところ、メカニックの方が不在とのことでした。
お昼休みではあると思いましたが、お客様相手なので、サービスとして、どなたかが対応出来るようにしていただけたらと感じました。

It's hard to get in touch with me on weekdays because of work.
When I got in touch with the maintenance and contacted him during the lunch break, he said that the mechanic was absent.
I thought it was a lunch break, but since it was a customer service, I thought it would be great if someone could handle it as a service.
