さらに16階のフロアー案内図も分かりにくいので、気をつけてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく時間がかかりすぎるし、色々と間違いも多いです。(薬を処方するのが遅すぎる以外、薬剤師の対応は良いですが、なにより受付が最悪)
私は初めに受付の方に処方箋をお渡しして、普段は「アプリでお薬手帳を管理している」と伝えたのにも関わらず、紙のお薬手帳に貼るシールが出てきました。そして、アプリ用のQRコードの紙が入っていなかった。
私は普段e parkで管理をしているのでQRコードが記載されている用紙が必要です。また、受付の女性はとても意地悪で、他の男性患者には、「普段はアプリで管理されていますか？何のアプリをお使いですか？」などと聞いていました。私は聞かれませんでした。しかも、間違えたのにも関わらず謝りもなし。無視です。
薬剤師はお年寄りと1人10分以上話し込んでいるので、私は3人目だったのですが30分も待ちました。
後から混んできたのに、話を切り上げたりしない。
お年寄りの方が沢山お話ししたい気持ちは分かりますが、混んでいる所で長話はダメですね。
酷過ぎてもう行きません。色々と改善する余地がありますね。近くのトモズの薬局に行けばよかった。
学びました。(対応もいいし早くて間違いは今までありません)

I understand that the elderly want to talk a lot, but long talks are not good in crowded places.
It's too cruel to go anymore. There is room for improvement in various ways. I should have gone to a nearby Tomod's pharmacy.
