本	本間四郎三郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.12/10 日本橋室町から神田駅にかけて手頃なランチにいろいろ行ったが、盲点だったのがロメスパバルボア。パスタはなぁと敬遠していたが、周辺のランチはある程度行ったので試してみることに。 12:30過ぎの来店でカウンターは満席。券売機でミートカレー並盛りを購入し、店内の椅子で待つ。先客は3人いましたが、回転が早く次々と椅子を移動する感じです。カウンターに座り食券を出し5分ほどで出てきます。厨房ではフライパンで麺をしっかり炒めているのが見えます。熱々で麺に焦げ目が付くくらい炒められていて、非常に好み。ミートカレーを絡めて食べるとモチモチした麺が香ばしくて旨い。半分ほど食べたらタバスコや調味料で味変。並盛りでも350gあるので、味変すると飽きがこない。私は並盛りで十分でしたが、周りの慣れた方々は大盛りを頼んでる方が多かった。気に入ったので２日後ナポリタンを食べに行ったら、なんと休み。この界隈はチェーン店以外は土日休みが普通ですが、こちらも同じなので要注意。手軽に手早くしっかりスパゲティが食べられるお店です。 2020.12 / 10 I went to various affordable lunches from Nihonbashi Muromachi to Kanda Station, but the blind spot was Romespa Balboa.
