下取りは、キタムラさん全般に言えることですが、時間がかかる割にマップカメラのワンプライス買取の素（3%とか、交換買取10%つくとなおさら差が付く）に全く届かない。（商品によるとは思いますが）
一回頑張ってもらったけど、それでも差が1万以上あったのでごめんなさいしました。その節はお世話になりました。
The product lineup is good, and outlet products are sometimes cheap, so I buy them.
Trade-in can be said for Kitamura in general, but despite the time it takes, it does not reach the source of one-price purchase of map cameras (3% or 10% exchange purchase makes a difference even more). (I think it depends on the product)
I had you do my best once, but I'm sorry because there was still a difference of 10,000 or more. Thank you for that section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古レンズの購入です。以前何度か店頭受け取りにした際は良くしていただいたので今回も同店を指名しました。結果大失敗。最悪な対応のスタッフ氏に当たってしまいました。まず、これは同店には直接性はないのですが、ネットの商品説明にない欠品があったのですが指摘（軽く「記載無かったですね？」と確認しただけです。）したところ「そうですね。そこまで書かないです。」のみ。また、動作確認提案もなし。
人が違うとこんなにも対応の差が出てしまうものですね。
今回はこちらも勉強になりました。
星ひとつ評価が相応しいのですが、以前は良かったのでふたつにしました。

腕時計の電池交換をお願いしたら
壊れているので修理が必要とのことでした。
仕事の合間で急いでいたのと、数千円の費用がかかる、2週間程修理期間が必要と言われたので一旦持ち帰り、代わりの時計を100円ショップで購入しました。
しばらくして、改めて時計の修理をしようと思い、たまたま近くを通りかかったヨドバシカメラさんにお願いしたら数百円の電池交換で済みました。
もしかしたらまだ壊れているのかもとも思っていたので半年ほど経過を見ていましたが、今でも時計はしっかり動いています。
