ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小伝馬町の十思スクエア前交差点角にある大陸系中華屋さん。平日ランチでお邪魔しました。店内1Fは激狭で、カウンター3席にテーブル2卓。自動的にカウンター端に陣取ります。店員さんはオール中華！大陸系なので勿論無愛想。そこは期待値なしです( ＾ω＾ )。餃子がウリの店かと思いきや、ランチメニューを拝見すると、麺類が多いのですね。それでは、と麻婆ラーメン(730円)を注文。あっさり1分ほどで登場しました。ラーメンの上には麻婆の具、白ネギ、青菜と健康食材もイン。なかなか良いじゃないですか。スープは結構辛さもあり、シビれもあり、旨味もあり、でレベル高し。麺は極細で博多ラーメンのような味わい。細い麺だけあって、スープとの絡みは今一つでしたね。とにかくスープの量が少ないので、汁無し担々麺のように、スープを麺に和える感じで頂きました。ちょっと麻婆の具材が少ないことを除けば、普通に美味しい部類かと思います。 A continental Chinese restaurant at the intersection corner in front of Joshi Square in Kodenmacho. 鈴	鈴木辰也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにて初訪問。あまり食欲がなかったので蕎麦屋を目指して歩いてましたが、お姉さんがお店の入り口で一生懸命お弁当を販売していたので思わず訪問。店内はきちんと仕切りがあり、テーブルも広めでしたので安心して利用できました。とても有難いです。席に着いて、早速マーボー豆腐の定食を注文。他は重たそうでしたので、選んでみました。さほど時間もかからず運ばれてきたのもとても有難いです。マーボー豆腐は山椒が効いた本格的なマーボー豆腐で、山椒が苦手な私ですが、好きな方にはとても良いですね。頼む前に確認すれば良かったと後悔しましたが、残すのは嫌いなので全て完食させて頂きました。それと餃子がオススメとの事でしたので、5個ならギリギリ食べれるかもと思い、せっかくのオススメなので追加注文。餃子は皮は少し硬めですが、噛んだ瞬間、旨味が詰まった肉汁がたくさん溢れてきました。 300円でこのクオリティーでしたらとてもお得です。次回はきちんとお腹を空かせて、違う定食にチャレンジしたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。 First visit at lunch.
