★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あるといえばよくある投資用不動産販売企業。この手の投資用不動産は酷いものを掴まされたりすることもあるが、この会社ではそれなりの需要がある場所に絞って不動産を扱っている模様。紹介されたのは中古だが蒲田や西新宿、場所としては悪くなかったが予算に合わなかった為断念した。基本は金持ち相手の仕事と言いたいところだが、そうでなくても相応の場所を探してくれる努力も見えて、自分としては好感触な企業。

同じような会社は都内で何百社もあるらしいけど、親会社は青山メインランドだそうです。
他の大手どころと比較してみましたが価格設定は唯一良心的かなぁ。
