高	高橋裕里香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店時間が分からず、Googleマップに投稿された写真に「11:00-15:00がランチタイム」と写っていたことから11:15頃に到着すると、準備中の看板が(￣▽￣;)。「次の予定もあるし、待てるのは11:30までだなぁ」と何時に営業開始か聞こうと、お店の入り口まで階段を登ると、食事中のオーナーご家族(?)がいて、「あ、いいですよ、やってますよ」とのこと。色々美味しそうなメニューがありましたが、やはり当初の目的の薬膳刀削麺に惹かれたので初志貫徹。最初の客だったこともあって10-15分ぐらいで提供されました。11:30ぐらいに常連らしいお客さんが何組かやってきました。肝心の薬膳牛肉刀削麺の味は、思ったほど薬膳ぽくなく、食べやすかったです。日本人向けに作ってくださっているのかもしれませんが、ベースは醤油で、たっぷり散らされたネギの香り、牛肉を煮込んだ時の八角の香りに、パクチーを噛むと独特の香りがアクセントになる感じです。食べ終わった後に体がポカポカする感じがしたので、薬膳要素を手抜きしているわけではないと思います。また刀削麺の醍醐味はなんと言っても色々な太さの麺の歯ごたえを楽しめることだと思うのですが、麺も満足でした。また近くに用事があったら再訪して違う味の刀削麺を食べてみたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。 I don't know the opening time, and the photos posted on Google Maps show that "11: 00-15: 00 is lunchtime", so when I arrived around 11:15, a signboard in preparation (￣ ▽ ￣; ). `` I have the next schedule and I can wait until 11:30 '', when I went up the stairs to the entrance of the shop to ask when it will start business, there was an owner family (?) “Oh, it ’s okay, I ’m doing it.” There were various menus that seemed delicious, but I was attracted by the original purpose of Yakuto Tokuri noodles, so I decided to continue to work for the first time.
