地上から９階オフィスロビーまでは10基のシャトルエレベーターがあり、40人乗りタイプで大容量です。内６基がシースルータイプです。
オフィス低層階（10～18階行）はセキュリティゲート通過しなくても行けますが、中層階・高層階行きはICカードでゲートを通過しなくてはならない。
低層階用（10～18階行）とシャトルエレベーターが東芝製、非常用と中層階・高層階用エレベーターは日立製です。
非常用エレベーターは、附室の中にあります。
 This is the Mitsui Building office located just above Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C.
There are 10 shuttle elevators from the ground to the 9th floor office lobby, and the capacity is 40 people. Six of them are see-through types.
You can go to the lower floor of the office (10th to 18th floor) without passing through the security gate, but you must pass through the gate with an IC card for the middle floor and high floor.
Shuttle elevators for lower floors (10 to 18 floors) and shuttle elevators are manufactured by Toshiba, while elevators for emergency, middle and high floors are manufactured by Hitachi.
An emergency elevator is located in the annex.
