a	antaba an on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良厳。最近チラチラ見かける揚げ場が目の前で調理する1000円～の多店舗展開の天ぷら屋さんです。”てxや”より一つ上、下手すれば個人経営店とも競合する価格ですが、結論から言えば普通。同業でもより美味しいところがありますのでこの評価です。店内は明るくクリーンですが牛丼チェーン店内の様です。スタッフの応対はマニュアル通りかもしれませんが丁寧です。この手の店舗では最早お約束の食べ放題ですがこちらは塩辛と漬け物です。勿論ご飯と味噌汁はお代わり自由です。注文した海老穴子定食(1480円)ですが天ぷら自体はサクッとではなくカリっと硬め&やや厚めの衣なので野菜はホクホクで美味しいけど、熱が入りすぎるので穴子や海老には合わないかと。最大の問題は南瓜のかき揚げ、意欲的ですが衣もほっくりした南瓜も天つゆ吸いまくるので味わう前に崩壊します。南瓜は固めにして欲しかった、、、追って。こちら日本橋どころか都心に一つもお店がありません。うーん、縁もゆかりもない企業が特定ご当地を屋号に入れるのが最も苦手です。 Good luck. The staff are happy to explain the right way to enjoy soba and tempura. The food is amazing!!! This is a nice place to have dinner while waiting for the Shinkansen, i.e. killing time trying to avoid rush hour on the way home from a day trip to Nikko.
