F	Fみや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マジでこの銀行の上は何してんの？各支店やコールセンターでみんな言うことバラバラ。このレベルの社員への教育を、給料もらってやってるやつが上にいるとか信じられない。東京支店の受付は「インターネットバンキングでワンタイムパスワードを設定すれば、自動的に振込限度額が1000万円になりますよ」と嘘言うしこちらが「自分からは操作は何もしなくていいんですか？」と言っても、確認すらせず堂々と「はい」と答えて間違えてるとか…… もはや一企としての在り方に問題ありすぎるよここ What are you really doing on this bank? Everybody says different things at each branch and call center. I can't believe that there are people who are paid to educate employees at this level. The reception desk of the Tokyo branch "If you set a one-time password in Internet banking, the transfer limit will automatically be 10 million yen." Lie This is "Do I have to do anything from myself?" But without even confirming You answered "yes" openly and made a mistake ... There are too many problems with how we should be as a company here
a	aki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼にATMを利用しに行ったら使えませんでした。ATMにもお昼休憩があるみたいです。また、窓口では小銭はおろせないと言われました。インターネットバンキング申込時も口座のパスワードを2-3回間違えただけでロックがかかりました。まだ開通してないのに。笑コールセンターに電話すると、書類でのやりとりでロックを解除するしかないと言われました。その書類の日付は平成のままだし。今の時代、役所と銀行のハイブリッド的な残念な運用をしてて、ネット銀行には到底追いつかないんだろうと思いました。地方の田舎だと、まだこんなサービス当たり前なのかなぁ。早く関係を断ちたいですね。 I went to use an ATM at noon and couldn't use it. I wonder if this kind of service is still commonplace in rural areas. I want to break the relationship as soon as possible.
K	Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おすすめしないです。四谷・上野支店が閉鎖し東京支店に統合。最寄りがなくなり、遠くまで時間を作り来たのに「また来てください」と何回も言われ、「支店じゃないと分からない」と対応を支店に流そうとする姿勢。ネットバンキングは独特で使い難く対応は遅く不親切。法人で他の口座を使用していますが、担当、窓口、電話問い合わせで言うことが変わりうんざりしています。 I don't recommend it. Yotsuya / Ueno branch closed and integrated into Tokyo branch. Even though the nearest place has disappeared and I have made time far away, I was repeatedly asked "Please come again", and I tried to send a response to the branch saying "I do not know unless it is a branch office". Internet banking is unique and difficult to use, and the response is slow and unfriendly. I'm using another account at a corporation, but I'm tired of changing what I say in charge, at the counter, and by phone.
