結果的にこちらで受診をお断りされたので、受けられませんでした。 ただ誰かのご参考になればと内容を書きます。 子ども(乳幼児)がベットから落ちたので、♯7119で相談したところ朝までに脳神経外科のある病院を受診したほうがいいとの判断をいただき、当該病院を含め4つ紹介されました。 (紹介された医院は、自宅からの近さ順です) 時間は土日の夜間です。 受付に対応可能かお電話すると、コロナ禍のため診察券の無い方は診れないということで断られました。 時世の影響とはわかっていても、相談機関に紹介された病院に断られてしまうと、どうしたら…という不安が増しました。 ♯7119や♯8000の相談機関にも、診察券がない人は対応外であると情報が共有され、案内先から予め外してもらえたらいいなと思いました。 何よりはやくコロナが収束し、困ったときに飛び込める病院になってほしいなと思います。 今まさに対応されている現場は本当に大変だと思いますが、どうか頑張ってください。

救急車で運ばれ1日入院しました。 手術をしましたが、先生の腕や人柄はとても良く、経過観察で伺った時も気遣ってくれ、安心感のあるものでした。 気になった点は、 手術は15分くらいですぐ終わると言われましたが、手術台で声をかけられ目が覚めたのは1時間半以上経った後だった点。麻酔で目が覚めにくかっただけ? 目が覚めたあとも麻酔が抜けにくかったのかベッドでずっと4時間くらいウトウト寝てました。 以前他の病院で同じく静脈麻酔をした時はそんなことは無かったので、今回は強めの薬か投与量が多かったのか、単に私が疲れ果ててたのか、、、? あとは古いのでしょうがないかもしれませんが、病室はあまり綺麗じゃないです。ホコリや、飛んだ血?が壁にそのままついてたり。。リネン類は業者クリーニングの新品だろうから綺麗だけど、掃除は行き届いてません。働いてる人達、衛生面気にならないのかな、、?自分達も入院することになったらこんな環境で良いと思えるタイプなのでしょうか。。 看護師さん達も優しく快適でしたが、看護師さん同士の連携が全然取れてません。 同じことを何度も聞かれたり、伝えたことが伝わってなかったり、先生に聞いてきますねと言って去った看護師さんがそのまま戻ってこなかったり。 ナースステーションで情報の伝達をしたりしないのかな。 まぁ忙しいから、優先順位低いと判断されてしまったものは後回しになるんでしょうね。

診療科によるけど予約しても1時間待ちが平常運転。 眼科、脳神経内科は特に待ち時間がえぐい。 2時間以上待たされることも。一体どんな予約にしているのか、何故改善できないのか謎。 入院は8人部屋でもそこそこ広くかなり快適。入院食も比較的おいしい。入浴は病棟によっては毎日or2日に1回可能。 看護師さんも親切で、ワガママな患者にも良く対応されている。再入院なら間違いなくここを、指定する。 外来の待ち時間は残念だけど、総合的には安心できる病院だと思う。 「予約すればほぼ待たない、被害妄想」というコメントがあるが、視野が狭く、俯瞰的に物事を見れない人こそコメントしないで欲しい。あと院内は撮影禁止。

良い病院でした。埼玉から緊急入院。 悪い口コミを書いてる方、手を焼く入院患者の逆ギレでしょうね。 コロナ禍で患者が溢れるほどいる中で、自らの事しか考えず、自分本意なわがままが通らず病院が悪いと書き込む、愚かですね。嫌なら自分で強制退院してわがままが通る病院に行けばいいじゃない。きっと探してもないだろうけど、そうしたらいい。 喘息治療にて1週間ほど入院しましたが快適でした。治療もわかりやすく説明してくれて、完治までの流れを主治医の先生やバックアップの先生、看護師さん、薬剤師さん、チームで担当してくれます。 入院中も不自由はなく、わからないことは聞けば色々教えてくれます。予定通り1週間で退院出来ました。コロナ禍の中で、医者、看護師、薬剤師、スタッフの皆さん、賢明に職務を遂行している姿に勇気と感動を頂きました。ありがとうございました。

耳鼻咽喉科にて、扁桃腺悪化で緊急入院。主治医の先生や担当の先生も優しいし丁寧な治療、経済的な部分まで親身に要望などを聞いてくれました。病棟病室でも看護師さんや薬剤師さん、その他関係者さん達も皆さん優しく気さくで常に気にかけてくれましたし、快適に過ごす事が出来、治療に専念出来ました クセのある入院患者さんがいましたが皆さんサラリと交わして仕事をこなす姿は流石(笑) そんなこんなでスムーズな治療にて結果、2日早まっての退院。ホントに感謝してます。また入院したくなりましたw あと病院食が凄く美味しかったです◎ 悪い口コミ書いてる人がいるけど何で?めちゃくちゃ良い病院だけどな。。外来でも嫌な思いはしたことないし、待ち時間は仕方ないでしょ。っていうか、予約してたら全然待たないよ?予約してない場合、緊急以外は待つのは当たり前。患者は貴方達だけじゃないんだから。被害妄想、自己中からの悪評はヤメましょう。

I've come here multiple times for various reasons. Most of the doctors were rude, pushy, and presumptuous. There was one good female doctor in the respiratory department. Expect reservations to mean nothing here and wait 3+ hours for anything. Came to get a referral so I can change to another hospital and I had to argue with the doctor to write me one. And for the referral (the only reason I came today) took over 4 hours. Also zero English support and the urologist refuses to speak at anything but a breakneck speed. And he also tries to convince you on how you're feeling. The receptionists and nurses are however very kind and helpful.
