b	billybozzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特上濃厚煮干らーめんをいただきました。セメント系の濃厚な煮干スープはえぐみがなく、丁寧でクリーミーなスープです。そのまま食べられる替え玉、和え玉もいただきました。卓上のにぼし酢を入れて味変し、最後はスープにつけてつけ麺風に。セメント系煮干ラーメンをいただけるお店は新潟にはあまりない印象ですが、こちらは東京の店にも引けを取らない美味しいお店でした。 I had a special rich niboshi ramen. T	Toshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用しました。煮干しラーメンがウリみたいです。以前の口コミを拝見させて頂くと所謂セメント系らしいです。券売機で食券を購入し店員さんに渡すシステム。こってりが、セメント系らしいです。あっさりは醤油ラーメンです。今回、あっさりを選びました。スープは出汁が効いていて美味しく感じました。トッピングのチャーシューも煮卵も美味しいと思います。只、麺が好みでは無かったです。ストレートの中細麺でした。セメント系に見受けられる麺です。これは個人の好みです。決して出来が悪い訳じゃありません。 I used it for the first time. y	yumi tama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 再度、いつもはランチですが家族と夕飯に訪れてみました。ランチとは違って空いていました。混雑を避けたい方は狙い目ですね。伊吹いりこラーメン、スタンプ特典でチャーシュートッピングしました。出汁の香りが最高です。麺もパツパツとした歯応えで美味しかったー！子供は味噌ラーメン。スタッフさんに聞いた所、少し唐辛子が入ってるとの事でしたが、大丈夫だったようで太麺をどんどん食べ進めていました。ややこってり系でした。辛味噌ラーメンは、辛味噌の取り皿が付いてきました。一先ず半分溶かしただけで激辛だったようで、半分は最後まで残していました。取り皿助かりました(笑) スープを味見させて貰うと豆板醤系の辛味！寒い日に食べたくなる味でした。お冷、温かいお茶、レモン水、子供用小鉢等、セルフで取れるように用意されていました。限定のとんこつがトロミのあるスープでめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！替え玉一回付きでコスパも最高でした。再訪して夏限定の冷やしをいただきました。少ししょっぱく感じました。出汁が効いてるのか梅干しなのか若干の酸味もありました。 Again, I usually have lunch, but I visited for dinner with my family. 夢	夢がふっとつ!食べ歩きブログ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行ったんだけど、国道沿いに有るにも関わらず目立たない立地でして、ナビが無かったら見落としてしまうほど。店内に入ると券売機が有ります、「濃厚煮干しらーめん」とカミさんは「伊吹いりこらーめん」のチケットを購入して席に座ります。コストと手の混んだスープですから少な目に感じるのはしょうがないですね。然しながらパツパツのコシの強い細麺を食べさせるには必要充分なほどの力あるスープで美味いです！こんなレベルの高いお店が有るなんて、胎内市の皆さんが羨ましい！とっても美味しかったです！ご馳走様でした！！ I went there for the first time, but despite being along the national highway, it was in an inconspicuous location, and I would have overlooked it without a navigation system. We didn't able find it for awhile because the place doesn't seem like ramen house and we mistakenly thought that it's the pet salon because it stands where the map pin is guiding us and it still 10 minutes early before it will start.We went back around 4 times looking for it until we found out that it's just behind the pet salon .Truly it doesn't look like ramen house, it's more like a neighbor coffee shop.
