M	MIDORI M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハスラーを購入しましたが付いていた夏タイヤ2本のヒビ割れが酷く、溝も擦り減りそのまま乗っているとバーストする恐れのあるタイヤでした。(購入後すぐに冬タイヤに交換したため1ヶ月も乗っていません。オートバックスで交換時に判明しました) 担当の板倉憂太さんに相談しましたがパンクしてからでないと交換補償の対象にはならないとのこと。(パンクするまで乗ってろってこと？) 購入時にしっかりと確認しなかった自分も悪いですがそんなタイヤが付いているのなら事前に説明し、それを理解した上で購入に移りたかったです。買った後は客が事故しようがとにかく車が売れればいいとお考えなのなのかな…と申し訳ないですがそう思ってしまいました。板倉さんの電話対応やその後の対応も個人的には気持ちの良いものではなく(責任を全てこちらに押し付ける様な感じ)今はこの会社に不信感でいっぱいです。思えば車の購入前(相談時)からグーグルレビューを書いてくれとそればかりで、書く事で営業さんにポイントでも入るのかな？と思うほどの執念ぶりでした。なので購入後は言われるがまま高評価をしましたが今回の件でやはり正直にレビューし直させていただきます。高評価や営業さんの名前入りのレビューが多いのは書いてと言われてレビューした私のような方が多く、正当な評価ではないのではないのかなと思います。これからもオイル点検などでお世話になるのになんだか残念です。 I bought a Hustler, but the two summer tires that came with it had severe cracks, and the grooves were worn out, so it was a tire that could burst if I was riding as it was.
