K	Kenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良心的で誤魔化さない説明が好印象の店舗です。ガ・・ーとかビッグ・・・ーにも行きましたが、TVCMとは違い下取り価格は低いは、セールスは強引だわで嫌になります。以前、ガ・・ーで購入した車が犬臭くてびっくり、契約前は匂わなかったのに・・。これに比べて、この店舗は本当に気持ちいい接客です。いい車も見つかり、大満足でした。 The store has a good impression of its conscientious and non-misleading explanations. 坂	坂井悠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下取り査定額を提示しない。任意保険の登録が古い車両のままで変更されておらず、別会社の保険担当からの問い合わせで発覚した。納車後、任意保険未加入状態で走行させられていた。たまたま納車日に保険担当から連絡があり、未加入状態は短期的なものに出来たが空恐ろしい。当方の確認不足もあるが、担当者が任意保険の車両変更連絡します！と言っていたにも関わらずこの対応は如何なものか。高く売りたいからか車両登録は月末、引き渡しは翌月。車はすぐ寄越せ。という感じで、納車まで軽自動車でした。（トヨタWISHからNOAHへの乗り換えなのに、軽自動車でした）当方がその時点で不服をきちんと伝えられなかった事も原因の一つではありますが、もう少し誠実な対応がなかったのか疑問です。点検整備でお世話になっているネッツトヨタの営業からは、トラブルが多いことを後日聞きました。（廃車手続きされてないとか、色々です） 2度とネクステージでは買いません。 Do not offer trade-in assessment amount.
