★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤに不具合があり、トヨタ車ではないが近所だったので電話し、タイヤには問題ないとのことで無償で点検して頂きました。他社のメーカーで嫌がられると思ったが若い営業の方、メガネをかけた整備士さんの温かい対応に感動しました。
There was a problem with the tires, and although it was not a Toyota car, it was in the neighborhood, so I called and asked for a free inspection because there was no problem with the tires. I thought it would be disliked by other manufacturers, but I was impressed by the warm response of the young salesperson and the mechanic who wore glasses.
