★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗濯機購入にあたり、ある程度決めていましたが、その中でもkg数の違いだったり特徴、価格についてとても丁寧に教えていただき、納得のいく買い物ができました。オプションで洗濯機高さ調整ゴムマットを提案したところ、要望が多いのかすぐにチラシを持ってきて説明していただきました。3プランから選択でき、お得なプランを勧めていただきました。
今まで家電は大型量販店でしか購入したことなかったので、ここまで親切丁寧ならノジマでもありかと思いました。

申し込みの予約を再度取り、当初聞いていたよりも登録に時間が掛かりましたが
担当をして頂いた樹下さんの丁寧な説明と誠意ある対応に感謝です。
通信会社のショップに比べて量販店であるが故に一般客への対応、電話対応など、その都度丁寧に対応されているのも好感を持てました。
量販店であると言う幅広くの対応をしていかなければいけない大変さがあるのかと思いますが一つ一つの目の前の対応に誠意を持つ姿が

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年11月までは、ヤマダ電機で20年以上買ってきましたが、自動車オーディオ用SDカードを買った際、スペックの最高なものを進めて頂き購入しましたが結局、使用不可でした。私が決断して購入したので、自己責任と思います。以前、テレ東で、放映された「ガイアの夜明け」か「カンブルア宮殿」のどちらかにノジマさんの社長が出演され、創業当時の苦労話など現在の経営方針を拝聴させて頂きました。それ以降、家電等購入する際、切り替えようと思い職場の近く「鶴川店」にPCプリンターのインクを購入するため訪問したところ、初めてで店をウロウロしていると「村上さん」にやさしく「何かお困りですか？」と声をかけて頂きました。その時、掃除ロボット「ルンバ」が欲しいと話、丁寧に説明をして頂きましたが、この度は、妻の意向でパナソニックの「食洗器」を購入させて頂きました。設置についても適切なアドバイスを頂きました。感謝しております。次は私の意向を反映して「ルンバ」を購入したいと思っています。この度はお世話になりました。長文になり申し訳ありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビのレコーダー購入目的で来店。近々、テレビ録画の予定がある為、早急に購入が必要だったが、昨今のコロナ禍で在庫不足。そんな中、担当店員が代替案を色々提示して下さった事と、自宅のテレビの仕様についても確認して下さり、我が家における最適な機器の購入を親切にアシストしてくれました。
親切な対応で気分が良くなり、代替案の一つとして提示された、net対応のテレビ購入によるamazonプライム視聴という案（同チャンネルで録画予定のアニメを見れる為）を受け、テレビが2008年製と古かった事もあり、テレビ購入となりました。
