p	purupu purupuru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "酷い応対。一括買い・新し物好きにはオススメ出来ない店" この店は事務手続きの前に女性スタッフが出て来て、見積もりを提示するシステムのよう。この女性、ひたすらにピタットやアップグレードなどの新プランで契約をさせたがり、自分は一括で購入したいから、連れは4年縛られるのは嫌、24ヶ月払いがいいからと答えると、驚いた事に声を一段階下げて「…この組み方はお客様にメリットありませんけど」と、正気ですか？と言わんばかりの顔。笑顔も消して対応が悪くなった。自分達は事前にプランの内容を把握していたので、当初から決めていたプランで契約しますと断言すると、途端に分かりました！と明るい対応に代わり、非常に不気味だった。最早脅迫に近い物言いで、プランは店で決めようなんて人は、他のプランを検討するまでもなく丸め込まれそう。こんなに酷い応対は初めてでビックリ。営業ノルマでもあるんでしょうか？とにかく、店側の営業利益、個人の営業利益が優先なのか、客側に親身には立たない店です。不利な契約をしたくなければ、他店のauショップをオススメします。ちなみに、直接手続きをされる事務員さん、入店した時に応対してくれるスタッフさんは、全員親切丁寧でした。応対が悪いのは見積もり出してくる女性スタッフだけです。 (ここが諸悪の根源ですが) "A terrible response. We knew the contents of the plan in advance, so when we declared that we would contract with the plan we had decided from the beginning, we knew immediately! Instead of a bright response, it was very creepy. People who are no longer intimidated and decide on a plan at the store are likely to be rounded up without having to consider other plans. I was surprised to see such a terrible response for the first time. Is it also a sales quota? Anyway, it is a store that does not stand close to the customer side, perhaps because the store's operating profit and individual operating profit are prioritized. If you do not want to make a disadvantageous contract, we recommend other au shops. By the way, the clerk who did the procedure directly and the staff who responded when I entered the store were all kind and polite. Only the female staff who come up with a quote are unresponsive. 宮	宮田尹子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店で oppo find x2 pro を購入しました。製品知識、販売手順の無知、説明が2転するなど、最低でした。ただ、間違えは、誠意を持って非を認め謝ってくれたところは評価します。ただ、全く持ってこの店が駄目なのは、auネット販売、直営店での販売価格より¥11,000も高かった事です。他店よりも¥11000もですよ!　購入後、友達から価格高いんじゃないと言われ、確認しましたが、auショップはau直営店では無いので価格はお店で決められるとの説明でした。(初めて知りました) 今回は自分の勉強代として納得するしかないのですが、もう二度と行きません。購入するなら大手家電販売店の方がポイントもつくし、対応も柔軟なので、次からはそうするつもりです。 I bought oppo find x2 pro at the store. 川	川端玲子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どうしてもauの携帯が欲しくて数回お店に行きました。三度目の正直って言葉があって無事に審査が通りました。一回目から二回目と携わって下さったスタッフの方に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。中には人の話にきちんと耳を傾けてくれ理解してからアドバイスしていただき本当に嬉しいです。女性スタッフが多いお店ですが予約をして来店すれば納得のいくアドバイスをして下さるので、携帯のことで困ったら相談する価値ありですよ。もっと私が白髪の高齢なおばあちゃんになって携帯を使いこなせなくなるまではお世話になっていたいお店です。
